Jamie Hart

Jamie is the managing partner of Augustus Cullen Law. He has specialised in medical negligence litigation since completing his traineeship in Augustus Cullen Law’s medical negligence team and qualifying as a solicitor in 2008. He became a Partner in 2013 and lectures and tutors in Medical Law & Litigation in the Law Society of Ireland’s Professional Practice Course as well as being an invited lecturer at legal and pharmaceutical conferences.
Jamie has successfully concluded many medical negligence actions with particular emphasis on birth injury cases including cerebral palsy, maternal injuries including third and fourth degree perineal tears, spinal injuries, delayed diagnosis of cancer and has been actively involved in many of the leading medical negligence authorities including O’Donnell v McEntee, Davoren v HSE, Warnock v NMH.
